How to Ripen Your Pears

Pears are carefully handpicked while still firm and need some time to ripen. To do this, keep them at room temperature on your kitchen counter. Handle them gently to avoid bruising. Once they are ripe, you can store them in the fridge. For quicker ripening, try placing them in a paper bag with a banana.
